The Ireland Chamber - United States, is a non-profit membership organization promoting the business interests of its members and the development of economic, commercial, financial and educational relationships between the United States and Ireland.

Our membership consists of business executives, professionals and individuals in the United States, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Representing all sectors of industry and commerce, the Chamber promotes business firms and individuals in both the United States and Ireland.

The Chamber encourages and facilitates business relationships by providing extensive opportunities for networking and the exchange of information and ideas.

We have a 20 year track record of accomplishment and achievement. Our role in facilitating economic development has been recognized on both sides of the Atlantic.

When was this organization founded?

A.It was founded in 1989 by a group of cutting-edge Irish and American business people who firmly believed that a stronger economic relationship between the two countries could be achieved through facilitating Trans-Atlantic business and investment.

A. There are 7 Chapters in the USA

What sort of events can I participate in?

A.All chapters offer a wide variety of both formal and informal forums that are designed to encourage idea-sharing, networking and business growth for all members.
These range from casual after work receptions, trade missions, to guest lecturers in business, government relations, trade, policy and philanthropy. We also offer golf tournaments and black-tie affairs. In particular our 2008 American Celtic Ball will be Oct 9, 2008 in New York City.

Why are there different Membership levels?

A.Our entire Membership suite offers preferred pricing for attending events, networking forums or for advertising within our print and online mediums. Our philosophy is that a prospective Member should have a wide range of price-point choices so to select the appropriate level for their budget.
