For over 25 years the Ireland Chamber of Commerce-USA (ICCUSA) has promoted Trans-Atlantic business development, trade missions, educational initiatives and philanthropy from the United States to Ireland while also improving relations and connecting companies around the world. The Chamber and its Members have flourished and continue to play an integral niche role in the dynamic growth of the global economy as well as positioning the entire island of Ireland for continued success in business, trade and investment via the fertile macro and micro markets in the United States.
Our historical & business ties to the Island of Ireland
The economic relationship between the United States and Ireland traditionally followed the allure of lineage and a strong desire to re-invest in the "home-land." What we find today is that the ties are stronger than ever and the myriad reasons for continuing to forge the Irish business link to the United States tend to be more market linear. The entire island of Ireland - from the bustling cosmopolitan Dublin to the resurgence of Belfast in Northern Ireland is indeed a leading global model for economic agility, savvy and determination. What have made the success in Ireland truly dynamic, are the people. Throughout, Ireland's proud history, the Irish have always maintained their integrity, diligence and perseverance. These traits were rewarded when Ireland earnestly began to invest in its people and today now command one of the globe's most educated work-forces which directly correlate to Ireland's economic prowess and market attractiveness.
